In collaboration with the IACP/UC Center for Police Research and Policy (http://www.theiacp.org/research), we are conducting a randomized controlled trial of implicit bias awareness training in the New York City Police Department. We are assessing the impacts of the training on the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of patrol personnel.
