Ms. Reynolds is a Research Analyst with the Finn Institute. She is also a doctoral student at the School of Criminal Justice at the University at Albany. She holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University. She is a former Police Investigator with the NYS Attorney General’s Office and is certified in the NYS Basic Course for Police Officers. Her research interests include police decision-making and behavior, police organization and subculture, and police-community relations.
