Tori Watson
Ms. Watson is a Crime Analyst with the Finn Institute, working on-site at the Mohawk Valley Crime Analysis Center in Utica, NY. Ms. Watson holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from SUNY Brockport. At the MVCAC, she is responsible for analyzing non-fatal shootings for the Bullet to Body Initiative, as well as Part I crimes for the City of Utica.
