Ms. Dole is a Research Analyst with the Finn Institute. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany and obtained a Master’s from the School of Criminal Justice at Albany while working for the Finn Institute. She is certified in the NYS Basic Course for Police Officers, having graduated from the Zone 5 Regional Law Enforcement Training Academy and working as a Police Officer. Her research interests include police legitimacy, police decision-making, proactive police intervention, and administrative accountability.
