Patrick H. Monica
Mr. Monica is a Crime Analyst with the Finn Institute, working on-site at the Onondaga Crime Analysis Center (OCAC) in Syracuse. Mr. Monica holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany. At the OCAC, he is responsible for analyzing burglaries and cases of arson. Patrick has achieved NYS Level I Crime Analyst certification.
